FSIT Helpdesk

We’ve recently expanded the UCF-PD Help Desk Ticket System to include an interface for users on the Facilities side of the organization. This enhanced service platform provides for additional IT support for everyday issues you may encounter on the network. It also streamlines the customer service experience and provides network-wide visibility for our IT management staff.

The link below will provide you with a users’ guide that details the steps one would take to report an issue with a computer or network accessory or to make an IT-related service request.
Help Desk Ticket System
In everyday situations such as requests for access to network resources, adding new users to the domain, or establishing a work station for a new employee, please make use of the new system. In critical situations, such as a computer that will not turn on or a network device that is smoking or overheating, please call our staff directly.
